Hi! My name is Lauren. I am a teen librarian and I love young adult literature! I have written for many blogs that were work or school related, but this time it’s just for enjoyment. I decided to start up Book Blogzilla because I have challenged myself to read at least one book a week for the rest of the year and I needed a place to document and review everything I get through. The writing may be a little rough around the edges at times, but I hope you find the reviews helpful and I hope you enjoy what I have to share.

Outside of blogging, libraries and books I have a full and happy life! I have an awesome husband that I adore (he is writing his first young adult novel-which is awesome!), I have a beautiful little girl who keeps me busy-but she also keeps me smiling, and I have a cuddly Beagle named Sophie. The four of us live in Texas and we enjoy our life together! We know we are blessed and we thank God for that each and every day. God is our reason for waking up each morning, the reason we keep going each day, and the hope we have for tomorrow! We count ourselves incredibly blessed to be able to serve such an awesome God!

I hope you enjoy the blog and I look forward to getting to know each of you through this book journey. Feel free to leave comments, add me on Goodreads, or follow me on Twitter!

    • Lauren,
I’d love to read your book for review. The synopsis sounds like just my kind of thing! Just send me an ebook and I will read it as soon as possible. My husband is writing his first novel and I know how much work goes into it. I hope your book becomes all you dreamed of! 🙂
